Amway Business Operators.

Basic Amway Business plan 

is..to share the amount of commission in-between 
the network distributors - 
or say - 
'Amway Business Operators',
..those who participate to 
market the Amway products 
and recruit new distributors;
the same commission in the

traditional business goes 
to the mediators -
in-between actual users 
and the manufacturers ..
..
Assume that as a customer 

you purchase a pen for 
MRP rs.10/- from a retailer
which is in fact merely cost 

below rs.5/- .. 
The deference is distributed 
to the group
that moves the products.
The product moves from
.. manufacturer > to
C&F agent >  to
distributor >  to
wholesaler > 
 to
retailer 
and finally >  to
customer - 'the actual user'.

While in the Amway Business..

product moves from
manufacturer - Amway > to
Amway distributors > to
customer - 'the actual user',
and the deference/profits are
distributed to the group of
Amway distributors.

This is how you will 

earn in the Amway business..

1) 

Retail profit (approx 5 to 10 %)
is given on counter, means 
you will pay that much less 
than MRP for products.

2)
Trade discount (approx 8 %)
will be credited directly 
to your bank account by 
Amway India Enterprises(P)Ltd

3)

Monthly 
performance commission
(6 % to 21 %) 
will be credited directly 
to your bank account by 
Amway in the next month.

There are many many other commissions & bonuses 
(6 % to 9 %)
by moving-up step by step.

All calculations are 
based on PV : BV ratio.
The current 
ratio of PV/BV is  1:76 ,
means 1 PV = Rs.76/-.
For clarification look at 
some abbreviations ..
yuo know about MRP.. than..
DAP= Dealer Acquisition Price
PV  = Point volume 
BV  = Business value 
..
so, BV = 
'commissionable amount', and
we can say that 
this is 
the business to generate PV.

If you use/sale Amway products of 100 PV within the running month..

step 1) & 2) benefit among 1) 2) & 3) and your earning amount will be..


rs. 610/- approx. retail margin (100 PV x 76 x 8 %) 1)
rs. 450/- approx. retail margin (100 PV x 76 x 6 %) 2)

If you recruit 6 ABOs > you are now 1+6 = 7 total ABOs in your group, and
each one of them use/sale Amway products of 100 PV in the same month..


then
> you are at 9 % level with 700 GPV (100 PPV + 600 GPV) and eligible for




step 1) + 2) benefit among 1) 2) & 3) and your earning amount will be




rs. 610/- approx. retail margin (100 PV x 76 x 8 %) 1)
+ rs. 680/- approx. performance commission (100 PV x 76 x 9 %) 2)
+ rs. 1,370/- approx. differential commi. (600 PV x 76 x 3 %{9 % - 6 %}) 2)

you are now 1+6+24(6x4) = 31 total ABOs in your group, and

>> you are at 12 % level with 3,100 GPV (100 PPV+3000 GPV) and eligible for ..




step 1) + 2) benefits among 1) 2) & 3) and your earning amount will be ..



rs. 610/- approx. retail margin (100 PV x 76 x 8 %) 1)
+ rs. 910/- approx. performance commission (100 PV x 76 x 12%) 2)
+ rs. 6,840/- approx. differential commi. (3000 PV x 76 x 3%{12%-9%}) 2)
